Senior Consultant

Based in SI Global Hong Kong office, Nitesh works on transaction and growth consultancy projects for Asia-Pacific clients. He specialises in conducting financial analysis and valuation of companies, and is responsible for supporting senior management throughout the deal life cycle from preparing marketing materials to executing the transaction.

Prior to joining SI, Nitesh worked in the corporate finance team of a multinational in India, focusing on M&A transactions.

Nitesh is a Chartered Accountant (India) and an MBA graduate from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
