Alyssiah Tsui

Partner

Based in Hong Kong, Alyssiah works with both the M&A and consultancy teams advising on business improvement, and commercial and transaction modelling.

Alyssiah specialises in corporate finance, providing M&A advice on cross-border deals for our APAC clients, in addition to implementing share option schemes, helping our clients to restructure, and providing shareholder support to meet business objectives. Recent projects include advising Ying Communications on the sale to Finn Partners, Red Bridge Communications on the sale to WE Communications, and Resonance and Skye Media on their merger to form one of China’s largest independent digital agencies.

Prior to joining SI, Alyssiah spent seven years at integrated advertising agency, IRIS. During this time Alyssiah built a commercial finance team in London, and as Commercial Director, provided financial leadership to support growth in Asia.

Alyssiah qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2008.
