Viet Pham
Director
Viet is a Director in SI's London team, advising on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for UK, US and European clients in the Technology & Data services, Consulting and Marketing Communications sectors.
Having moved to London in 2019, Viet brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the SI team with nearly 10 years' experience in investment banking and corporate finance advisory.
Viet joined SI Global in 2025 after six years at Princelet Partners, a boutique corporate finance advisory firm, where he advised on multiple M&A and capital raises within the technology and telecommunications sector. In New Zealand, Viet was part of the investment banking division at Jarden NZ (formerly Credit Suisse), assisting on a range of public and private market transactions across a diverse range of sectors and industries for blue chip companies.
Viet holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) conjoint degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He also holds a Certificate of Languages, specialising in Japanese, from the University of Auckland.
