Ed Williams

Associate Director

Ed is an Associate Director in SI’s London team, advising on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and growth consultancy projects for UK, US and EMEA clients in the Technology & Data services, Marketing and Communications sectors.

Ed spent four years in PwC’s London and Cardiff audit departments, working with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 listed clients. More recently, Ed spent a year working in Dubai for Hill International in the Commercial and Transaction Advisory team, advising UAE SWF-backed entities, Saudi PIF-backed entities and South Korean Government-owned entities on M&A, fundraising for large infrastructure projects and wider strategy consulting projects across the GCC. Ed rejoined SI Global in June 2025, after spending two years at the firm from 2022 – 2024.

Ed is an ACA qualified chartered accountant with the ICAEW.
