Graham Harkness

Director

Graham joined SI Global in 2024 bringing over 15 years of corporate finance experience from both advisory and corporate roles across financial services, technology and industrials. He has led the full deal lifecycle of acquisitions and divestments, closed 8-figure equity and debt fundraises and project-managed complex, cross-border integrations across APAC, Europe and the US. 

Beginning his career with Baker Tilly in the UK, Graham moved to Singapore in 2011 where he co-owned a boutique advisory firm servicing corporate and small-cap fund clients across APAC. In 2016, he sold his business to Private Equity-backed Vistra (a BPEQT portfolio company) going on to take up regional roles in Singapore, New York and Hong Kong. More recently, Graham led corporate development at advanced manufacturing multinational, Hi-P International and was Head of Strategic Finance at Betterplace, a Series C technology company operating across Asia and the Middle East.  

Graham holds professional qualifications with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland, the Corporate Finance Institute and the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances.
