SI Global advises EdgeRed on its sale to Omnia Collective

SI Global was lead advisor to the founders of EdgeRed on their sale to Omnia Collective, who were backed by private equity firm, Parc Capital

This latest acquisition sees EdgeRed, a boutique data and AI consultancy in Australia join Omnia Collective, a single ecosystem of expertise technology, talent, design, data, and AI. Omnia Collective is a purpose-built collective of entrepreneurial businesses, aligned by values and focused on impact.
